The forum has been taken down because it is very insecure and has been hacked more than once. The forum code was pretty much the first ASP code I ever wrote, and thus was pretty terrible. If I choose to continue hosting a forum, I will probably use one of the popular forums when I redesign the website in late 2008, such as PHPBB or vBulletin.
